To request deletion of your account, please send an email to: ellattegeo@gmail.com
Please include the email address or phone number associated with your ELLATTE account.
After receiving your request, we will delete your account information, including your name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, and account profile data.
Some order-related records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or business record purposes.
Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
